I am now left in a limbo because in order to get the reimbursement from my company, I need to submit my bill and Aria has went MIA. Today, is 17th Nov as I write this review - 12 days after my return - I have not hear anything from Aria. No reply.Ģ days later on 10th Nov - which is 6 days after I have returned - I sent them another reminder via email. On 8th Nov, I sent an email to their given email address on bill enquires, to inform them on the situation and request for the bill. Thinking it is some sort of sustainability practice, I left it as that, and expecting that I will eventually receive a copy by email shortly.Ģ4 hours later, upon reaching home, I still have not receive any email from the hotel.Ĥ days after my return still nothing. Upon checking out, I asked for a copy of the bill but was told by the receptionist that it will be emailed to me.
My room was pre-paid and I furnished my credit card upon checking in to pay for any incidental expenses, e.g. I stayed at Aria on a business trip for 6 nights from 30th October to 5th November 2023.
